Run one finished and felt quite good, I had been a bit reluctant before going out. I had read elsewhere that this run catches you out but seemed fine to me this morning.

Hope everyone is having a great running Sunday!

Well done on reaching wk 6, I’m just about to do week 5, run 3, slight nervous about 20 minutes of nonstop running 😬😬😬😬

You’ll make it trust what you’ve done so far and keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep breathing.

Good luck!

You absolutely can do it! Start off slow and don't worry if the first 5-10 minutes feel like a struggle. You'll find your rhythm and just get into the run. Good luck with it! 👍🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Well done! I've done the same run this morning (I'm re-doing the programme) and it was better than I remembered it last time. Good luck with the rest of the plan, can you believe you're already past the halfway point! Only a few more weeks and you'll be a graduate! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Run 2 complete this morning, the final

Stretch if my route has a long series of incline. It goes up, it levels then it goes up again. That section coincided with the middle 5 mins of my second run and it was hard. I kept going though and managed to cover more distance today into a nice 100m down hill section, as I knew it wasn’t far to go I let gravity help me down the hill and my pace picked up a little.

In the end a really good run though a tight right calf and a clicky left knee at the start made me think twice about the run today.

By the way I don’t expect anyone to read all my ramblings when I get back from my runs I plan to look back on here and see my journey and how far I have come when I get to the end. However if you have read all this thank you and good morning.

Run three the week ended well, knee still niggly though but otherwise fine. The extra time has pushed me a little further on my run and I cam close to closing the 5 k loop (including warm up) I need to find another three minutes on the route to fit it to the 25 minute run, warm up and cool down.
