Just finished W4 very pleased and can't wait for W5. I really liked Sarah saying that I had run more than I walked.

I am mid way through wk 4 and althought it definitely feels like a step up from wk 3 it feels so good to be able to run for 5 mins continuous! Are you nervous for the big 20 min step up in wk 5? Mel :)

When I had a look at w5r1 I thought it said 5 minutes running? Does it go up on r2?
