Completed C25K this time last year and have carried on 3-4 times a week since. Some days it feels easy some days less so but I feel so much fitter and happier. Keep going folks and just take each run as it comes. If you only 20 mins don’t worry tomorrow is another day. It’s not a competition other than with yourself. Enjoy yourself and remember it’s a small step to keep the virus at bay
