We all have that one song / tune that gives us the boost we need when it comes on and we’re flagging a bit....as a young boy of just 54 years of age for me it’s the theme tune to The Avengers movie.......ok stop laughing I’m under no illusions that I’m Chris Hemsworth 😂 I’d be interested to know, which one does the job for you.
P.s I do actually have the same bone structure as Chris Hemsworth.....an eye on each side and a nose in the middle 😂
I’ve just downloaded The Rocky Story, all the best tracks from The Rocky movies, ideal for running......yo Adrienne ! 🥊

Haha, love anything MCU related, I have that very theme as my phone ringer 😂 I listen to such a wide range of genres generally, but when running it has to be upbeat, so I tend to lean towards dance music 😊
Mr Brightside every time. Generally I like a bit of upbeat stuff to keep me going, anything from good old fashioned stuff like sister Sledge to Chase and Status and everything in between
I have a heavy rock workout album - it’s a bit too fast for my pace but I can still ‘sing’ the lyrics in my head (I don’t have the great to sing out loud) and it takes my mind off the running - nothing like a bit of AC/DC to get me moving 👍
MacFadden & Whitehead ~ ‘Ain’t no stopping us now’ long version for the last 10 mins 😀. Also like ‘Brimful of Asha’ by Cornershop and ‘Love Shack’ by B52s. I have a right old retro running list!
One Way or Another by Blondie - used to always come on at the bottom of a certain hill to spur me on. One day I was running with my husband (without my AfterShockz) so I sang it to him all the way up the hill to help us both - I enjoyed it more than him!
Metallica is great, you need something with some power to it, a good solid beat and some umph. I listen to WWE Anthology, which is an album of the entry music used for WWE wrestlers when they enter the ring, not a wrestling fan myself, but the music is designed to stir up the enthusiasm of the fans and that makes it perfect for running 🏃♂️
