Don't worry about run 3. Everyone gets that same feeling: it looks rather implausible compared to what you've already done. But it's amazing, the programme works so well, you really have prepared for this and you can do it.
Remember to start slowly. It's not a distance task, you won't get finished any faster by going fast. Every athlete who ever increased their distance decreased their pace in order to do it well and safely.
Good luck, but you need it less than you think!
Weeks 3, 5 and 7 were big milestones for me but take courage and know that you will get through!
