So that’s it, week 7 over, so quickly! Week 8 starts after a rest day then there’s just six more runs left.
It’s scary not to think about the runs but to think the program is going to end. Yeah I know it sounds weird. Who’s going to support me? Where’s the voice in my ear? Who’s going to keep me company after this is all over? So many questions!!!
I’m sure it’ll be fine, it’s just the thought of losing that C25K comfort blanket.
