So that’s it, week 7 over, so quickly! Week 8 starts after a rest day then there’s just six more runs left.

It’s scary not to think about the runs but to think the program is going to end. Yeah I know it sounds weird. Who’s going to support me? Where’s the voice in my ear? Who’s going to keep me company after this is all over? So many questions!!!

I’m sure it’ll be fine, it’s just the thought of losing that C25K comfort blanket.

You are at the exact same point as me, just completed run 3 of week 7 too!

I think when I complete the last week I may just keep using the app when I run, so I have the periodic check ins!

Believe in yourself and be your own self motivator.

C25k is a brilliant training plan but it is you who have put in the hard work and it is your amazing body that has adapted to the loads and stresses imposed.
