‪Week 7 Run 3. Realised that the halfway pep talk and bell hadn’t gone, app had paused at 5mins 36. Did quick calculation based on songs played and reckon I did 28 minutes. Music of choice - Long Train Running - The Doobie Brothers youtu.be/HP_NE4XZGAc‬

I had a similar thing this morning week 7 run 1, had a pep talk at 5mins then nothing until....well done you’ve finished go have a drink of water, amazingly I had run for 30mins, 😁

Guess it was just one of those good runs, found my pace, sunshine and good tunes 🎧 🤗😂

That happened to me at the start of W5 (running for 3 mins then 5 twice). On first 5 mins I was running and running and running, thinking when are they going to say walk? I restarted, using warm up walk as the interval walk, did first half again, and estimated a cool down walk. Was active for 42mins instead of 32.
