Just done W5 R3. Never thought I would be able to run for 20 mins so soon. Mentally a big leap! Still in the obese category but coming down and my legs feel stronger. My digestion has improved too.

See, it does actually work! 😁 So funny how we’re not surprised when it works for someone else but we are when it works for us! 😁 Have a great day basking in the after glow of a fantastic achievement and a job well done! Enjoy! 👍😁🏃‍♀️☀️🌸

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊 🏃🏾

Thank you. I try not to look forward too much as if C25k say I am ready for the next run, I take that at face value. I’d never leave the house otherwise. 😁But appreciate the heads up. 👍🏻
