I found it hard as ground was a bit muddy but Sanjeev kept me going with his dulcet tones. So delighted. As a treat I ran by the canal and the sun shone down on me. It's a great plan - I just have to up my speed. Next target is park run π thanks for all your help x

Congratulations for your final run of c25k , my graduation run was today also isn't it amazing from struggling to run 60 seconds now running 30 minutes . Great job π€πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Oh congratulations! Lovely day to complete. It truly is amazing. I wanted a week 0 in week 1. I remember how wobbly my legs felt on the first 20 mins. But I learnt to just compare myself to previous runs and it helped. I am slow and nowhere near 5k but closer than ever ! Go celebrate π―π
Congratulations, lovely photo and a lovely day to graduate π.

Congrats, Iβm debating on shipping Sanjeev as my guide as he doesnβt half shout when you finish your runs, nearly ended up in a bush when he bellowed βTHATβS IT, WELL DONEβ at the top of his voice the other night!
Oh congratulations indeed. Brilliant use of a brilliant day. πππΌπ Makes me feel festive. (On my way to Week 9 this weekend.... ) Have a festive celebration in the sun!!! π
