Just finished run 2, I didn’t think I’d manage 2, 8 minute runs, I found it easier than expected, I feel a bit more confident about the next 20 minute run now 🤞

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 5, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 5, take that run slow and steady, once you have completed that milestone run with C25K you will be very proud of yourself. 😊 🏃🏾
