Well, I've stuck to the plan and it clearly works, as many before me can confirm! I've run for 25 minutes, up and down some hilly roads and it actually felt OK and I have a huge sense of achievement. Laura said at the end that I'm now officially a runner, and I nearly cried. Thank you Laura and the C25K podcasts.

Congratulations!!! You are going to be on a high for days! Bottle that up and remember that you can do it. Let that firmly imprint on your brain and it will become a handy reminder in the weeks to come. Enjoy the glow!
