Well, I've stuck to the plan and it clearly works, as many before me can confirm! I've run for 25 minutes, up and down some hilly roads and it actually felt OK and I have a huge sense of achievement. Laura said at the end that I'm now officially a runner, and I nearly cried. Thank you Laura and the C25K podcasts.
