Went out to clear my head, unconvinced I would complete the run but determined to give it a go. It was hard but not as hard as I expected. I started to feel I could make it at about minute 17.
Feeling tired but chuffed to have it over. The secret is to take it very sloooooooowly.
Anyway, just to say that like millions of people around the world right now, our family is going through some trauma (not Covid related but still very shocking) and my first instinct was to hide under the duvet.
Then I decided I had nothing to lose and went for my planned run.
It DOES boost your mental health. I don't know who to thank for this programme but THANK YOU β€
