Thankyou so much to this app, it has been so helpful and I cant wait to join the running group in our area when this situation that we are in has improved. Already part of there group, so great inspiration to keep going.

Yeah super happy, it's was tough, I'm not a runner so had to push myself, when the app finished I just kept running during the 5min cool down, then checked map to run and it showed I had completed 5km. Will still continue to run every 2nd day to improve my fitness π
It's just improving gradually, just go as slow as you want, it's not the time it takes you but the distance is achieved each time. keep going your doing great
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K π ππΎ π

Brilliant, hats off to anyone who can run 5km in the 9 weeks. I'm due to do my final run today but am no where near running 5km. I will keep plodding on though and hopefully get there eventually.
I'm fine thanks. Having a few days off till I start running again. I found after my last run that my knee & ankle had swollen up a bit so I'm just going to rest till Friday then off again! And You? What are your plans now?
That's a shame but best to rest up and take your time.
I am going to continue with the app and continue running for 30-35 min and keep improving. Thats the plan, definitely join a running group when we are able too.
Well done Susan - such a great achievement!!! πββοΈπͺππ π You must feel really proud! Happy running! Iβm almost there myself as Iβve just done W8R2.
Well done Susan an inspiration to us all. I have just run wk9 run 1 this morning and felt okayish albeit tired. I am also aiming for the 5k mark on my last run with a target time of 36mins so I feel it is achievable.
