I’m using my fitness pal to track my calories and it’s helpful knowing all the nutrients and hidden sugars in what your eating. I don’t know enough to help much but I’m finding it helpful. Now I know that my cup off coffee is pretty much my entire days sugar allowance 😳

It's important to have a healthy diet with your running journey, don't eat too much junk food, a little but not a lot.
Yey! Congratulations! Take a look at a Slimming World magazine - not to lose weight but for the great tips and recipes on healthy eating. Fruit, veg, some carbs, less sugar booze and fats!
