I was quite positive 😊 about Fridays run as I had seemed to crack the right place throughout week 4. I was super proud to manage the run but woke up the next day with I think a pull in my right calf. Disappointed it's still tighter than the left so thinking I will leave it a couple of days with lots of stretching. So run 2 will be Weds I think.
