Welcome to the forum and great job getting started. Love the name... kinda reminds me of someone 🤣

Many congratulations on that weight loss journey... running will tone you up, and as you obviously have nutrition right for losing the weight, it’ll help get you over that final hurdle. One slight word of caution... as you build muscle you may find your weekly loss is slowed a little, it may even stop, for a short time... so don’t be upset with any numbers in the scale... you’ll soon be fitter than the average person, and looking strong and healthy.

Have a read of the guide to the plan for the answer to many of your questions, we are here for the rest of them and to cheer you along. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

If you can lose the weight you have, there’s no doubt at all that you can do this... enjoy your journey.

Completely agree - as someone who has also lost a lot of weight, running has toned me up like nothing else ever has. And I love being stronger and fitter at 48 than at any other time in my life!

Well done on your amazing weight loss and welcome to the next stage of your journey!

Hi

I just watch my diet however exercise has been my major change.

I burn approx 1000 a day when working and aim for 2000 on days off.

I walk approx 3 hours a day, now adding running.

Feel like a new person and my dog is knackered lol

Also, alcohol, my Crux and stopped totally having wine for five months. Allow myself Saturday night treats now.

Good luck 👍😄
