2nd run of week 6 in the bag and the last one with breaks in it π±π Itβs a little daunting now to know Iβve got to run 25-30mins none stop. Run was ok, aside from I drank to much water just before going and I spent the whole time out there needing to pee π€¦π»ββοΈπ

well done its been super humid today.
I've struggled with hydrating too. I'm sure I have a pea sized bladder. I have been taking electrolyte tabs in water pre run which has helped. Youve got this far the last few weeks are waiting for you.

I'm doing this run tomorrow and I have to admit it's starting to scare me a bit. We are getting to the really serious part of this journey.
Am sure the plan has prepared us for it so mind over matter and let's smash it!
Lol well done you!! I find if I wake up I drink a glass of water then have my coffee and about 45 min later I go for my πββοΈ might be something to consider! I did my second one today and am buzzing. Keep it up π
