Week 4

Well just started week 4. Moaned all the way on my warm up walk to my hubby (running partner) that I'm not gonna do it as I could barely do 3 mins last week! Soo I took it really slow and I mean really slow and found a nice gentle pace to run at (did i mention it was slow) and I did it! I'm now worried I did it right as I didn't fine it as hard as I thought!!

I'm starting week 5 tomorrow and I thought the same as u "did I do it right" coz I was slow too but then I thought I'm still jogging not walking so I think we r fine good luck for next run 👍
