Oh my goodness I just finished W5 R3 today and feel great having completed it. I had started to dread the run having read some posts however I read a reply to one of posts (can’t find it now) which talked about a mindset change - why I started C25K in the first place - it did the trick I was mentally prepared for the run today and it feels good to know I completed it. This forum is great to help you along the way 👍😀

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, many runners like you dread that run using words like dread, terrified, etc, BUT once they have ran it, like you they feel great and are very proud of themselves, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
