Well nearly didn't go out today because it is so windy and had a big downpour. But hubby persuaded me that I'd be cooler in the wind. Well I was cooler but it was pretty hard going. I've been running the same route which is pretty flat with a few gentle hills, but one steep hill at the end. Up till now I finish the run before I reach the hill, but today I had to run up it! I did it! Thank God Sarah said stop just at the top. I was glad about that. Kind of looking forward to going out again on Monday. 😊
