Hi all,
Still feeling all the endorphins from the first 25min run!! π€© I felt meh the entire day, but push myself to go for the run and Iβm so glad I did it. Half way through was starting to feel tired, almost fly with the wind gusts pushing back, then... π§ βDespacitoβ started and I think I was running and dancing at the same time π kept going and then hearing Michael asking to increase the pace for the last 60sec and finish high was the boost that I needed! Amazed with myself to be able to do it and so excited to continue to Graduation.

I finished Wk 6 yesterday as well. Felt great didn't it! I clapped myself for at least 20 seconds!
