Probably this run gets the most posts! It is a milestone. I completed mine this morning. I feel over the moon! I actually found the 2nd half of the run easier if that’s possible.

And yes I was struggling to do Wk1 day 1.

Looking ahead wk9 now is achievable. I started to running with Sarah M who’s very mumsie and encouraging, now I’ve switched to Jo W and enjoying her style!

That’s me done for today, shower and off to work!

Congratulations! It is a huge milestone. I just did mine last week. You should definitely look up information on this forum about the 'Toxic Ten', it really is a thing, when the first bit of a run is the hardest. Your body goes in to shock a bit and it takes a while to regulate what is going on properly. But honestly, look it up. Understanding what is happening with your body during that part of the run, and knowing it will pass, does help you push through it. Well done!

Great work! I think this is an amazing run that gets a lot of bad press! Great achievement 😊.

Nice one I run mine on Friday. Just back from run 2 which was difficult in this heat and humidity today. Is hoping for rain allowed?

Congratulations 🥳 I’m hopefully going to complete week 4 tomorrow - I’m apprehensive about week 5 but I trust the programme. I recently switched to Jo W - she’ll get us through to week 9 😅

Well done.

The first few minutes of a run are the toughest for good scientific reasons, explained here healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, as you say it is a milestone run with C25K, it is exactly two years ago tomorrow that I ran it.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊.
