Congratulations, you are a runner but you will have to wait until you complete run 3 of week 6 before you are told by your coach that you are officially a runner.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 runs 1 and 2 which have interval walks and runs. 🏃🏾 👍
Well done LynneG29, it is a real sense of achievement and accomplishment. I really enjoyed my Wk5R3. Good for you and ‘being a runner’ is something personal to everyone I believe.
Enjoy the sense of self pride and confidence in the programme; you’ll need to remind yourself of this as you progress to more frequent longer runs.
