It’s amazing how the plan gets you ready for the challenge of each new week. Week 8 Run 1 done and I can see the finish line in sight. First real stitch today which was unpleasant but a good run outwith that.

Well done!! I am doing it tomorrow- got a sore knee so will be slow but never mind. Funnily enough I got stitch 2 runs ago- no idea why!!

Well done to you struass on completing run 1 of week 8, not long now until you graduate, just hope the stitch does not bother you again for the remaining 5 runs, your username is a little familiar, the Blue Danube 🎶 comes to mind. 🎧
It’s amazing isn’t it?! We’re all in this together so we all understand “crikey, I’ve just run for 28 minutes!” - which is an awesome feeling!!
