Finally feeling I may complete this! After spending all of last week fuming at not being able to run due to neither the paths being safe or the roads to drive to the gym I finally got back out again. Not the best run but kept going and did it!!! So excited that this time next week I should FINALLY ha e got myself to bring a graduate!!! Happy mothers day all xx

Hi Beckygreen

we are in the same boat. Just finish w8r1 too and feeling triumphant!! Did not believe I could do it but saying to myself Just trust the program. I did and I finished. Me running non stop for 28 minutes? Unbelievable, truly amazing! And like you I now believe I can actually finish the program and graduate barring any injuries. Calves and back ache are ongoing but I shall prevail. I hope 🀞

So close now, we have the badge polished and the champagne is on its way!

Keep it slow and steady and relax into the runs....let your legs find their happy pace:)
