Was dreading doing this run but I did it! 💪 and feel really pleased with myself! 👍 but did I hear right that week 5 is being broke up?! Ohh my!! 🥺

Each run is taking you nearer the aim of the plan, to run for thirty minutes.

I was dreading it because it took me 6 attempts to complete w4, struggled with the last 5 min run and week 5 is 3x 5 min jog, didn’t think I could do it! Surprised myself 👍

Well done! Week 5 can feel like big leaps but is way more manageable than it looks imo. This is the point where hopefully you really start to notice you’re getting fitter, good luck on the rest of the week!

Well done Chewy73 . Dont look ahead just tackle W5R2 then look at W5R3, its great to get the 5's under your belt isn't it. 8's feel even better.

Good job! I found the 3x5 more difficult than the 2x8. Summoning the energy for that third 5 min run was a challenge for me, whereas doing 2 runs, even though they were both longer, somehow seemed a bit more manageable.
