Well done! Week 5 can feel like big leaps but is way more manageable than it looks imo. This is the point where hopefully you really start to notice you’re getting fitter, good luck on the rest of the week!
Well done Chewy73 . Dont look ahead just tackle W5R2 then look at W5R3, its great to get the 5's under your belt isn't it. 8's feel even better.
Good job! I found the 3x5 more difficult than the 2x8. Summoning the energy for that third 5 min run was a challenge for me, whereas doing 2 runs, even though they were both longer, somehow seemed a bit more manageable.
