Well done! I felt like there should have been another run. I would've collapsed in a heap if there'd been one, but I kind of felt like I hadn't done enough.

I think once runs got longer it was a little easier , think it gives you time to get into a rhythm or something , best of luck with run 3

Same here Linda, I did mine this morning and as I had a little energy left at the end of the second run I kept going for another 2 minutes just trying to convince myself that 20 minutes won't be impossible on Thursday. Good Luck with run3!

I agree with Cuig1975. I think once you get to that point you just start being able to get into a rhythm. Don't be scared of the 20 minute run either cos you will definitely be able to do it and probably have a bit of energy to spare at the end of that too, I did. I think if you just slow right down and keep going you'll be fine.
