Week 5 run 3 twenty minutes!!!

So I reached the dreaded 20 minutes this morning. It seems like such a big jump but I’m just home and I’m glad to say I did the whole run without any issues! With every run I feel ever more a runner and I’m loving it.

Lockdown is incredibly tough on all of us but one positive that’s come out of it for me is that it’s got me out running. Stay safe everyone!

Lockdown has brought out many new people here to C25K, congratulations to you Wirral Phil on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Same here, I've always wondered whether I could do it but never had the time really. Both of my sons have done marathons so I can't really compare! Perhaps when the lockdown is over I could do a park run though .

Congratulations! 🌟 You must be grinning from ear to ear! 😁 Lockdown is the only reason I was motivated enough to get started, (week 5 starting tomorrow), so glad I took the plunge. Enjoy your day of triumph! 😀👍🏃‍♀️
