Week 4 done!

Almost didn't go for the third run today but managed to drag myself to the park! And it felt great. Shisha habit has also reduced so I am pleased. Dreading week 5 run 3 though but will cross that bridge when I get there. Keep going everyone, we can do it!

Congratulations on completing week 4. Onwards and upwards to week 5, don't dread run 3 because it's the first non stop 20 minutes run, take it slowly, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, good luck.

Well done you!

Well done, you are so ready for week 5 and by the end of it you will be fully prepared for 5.3

A positive mindset is the way to go and when you are running well, you wont want to spoil it with shisha!
