Despite lacking motivation and not wanting to go on a run today I decided to not put it off and just do it! And guess what?! I did it!
20 minuets non-stop running! And it was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. In fact I’ve had much harder runs in weeks 3 and 4!
The only niggles I had today were my calf’s are still aching when I run and my right ankle occasionally plays up due to past injuries. If it weren’t for these it would have been a very enjoyable run.
Also currently I’m only listening to Sarah as I run which leaves me in complete silence for the majority of the time. Does anyone have any headphone recommendations for running? The apple ones don’t stay in my ears when on the move. Are over the head ones any good for running?
