Week 4, R3 complete!

To say week 4 was a big step up is a bit of an understatement for me but having completed run 1, I knew there was no reason why I wouldn’t be able to finish 2 and 3.

Lots of good advice on here which says to ensure your brain doesn’t lose to your body. You can go for a lot longer than your body lets on as it seems.

Struggled in the last one with new shoes that need wearing in as well as what feels like a pulled calf muscle. I think as the runs get longer it may be better for me to thoroughly warm up beyond just walking for 5 minutes.

Glad to be moving onto Week 5, even if I do have invasive thoughts that I can’t do it.

Hope everyone is well!
