W7R3✅ but absolute hell

Had to run most of the way with a freezing wind in my face. And when I turned instead of being easier, it was so strong that it was making me go faster than I wanted and I thought a few times I would trip up. However despite feeling that I was jogging on the spot at times on the way out, I finished it. At least the forecast rain stayed away! Surprisingly my time was slightly faster although my distance was down.

Anyway, onward to week 8. I’m confident I’ll finish the programme now, weather permitting and am definitely seeing the other benefits- losing inches galore and have lost a stone since I started just with sensible eating. It helps that there’s no restaurants or coffee shops open!! I’ll be a new me when I can meet up with friends and relatives again.

Roll on week 8

Well done, sounds grueling but you dug in and did it. ⭐️ I haven’t lost any weight (or inches) at all yet despite watching what I’m eating 😕 but I feel better in myself and that’s what counts 😄 W7R2 for us this evening x

Congratulations, well done! Just did the same run, first part against the wind; mine, however, was on a sheltered trail so didn't feel as hard. Best of luck! 😊

Well done on getting through it! I’ve been out on the bike & felt like I was pedalling backwards at times! Hope it’s gone for my run, tomorrow! 🙏
