Yesssss! I did it, actually found it more comfortable than W2 R1!! The key is definitely go slow and stick to that pace. So pleased! 💪🏼🎉

You’ll be fine, just take it really slowly. I couldn’t actually believe when it was over, although they’re 3 minute runs it seems quite short overall. Good luck! 👍🏼
