Hi all! Just finished week 6 run 1! I have noticed over my last two runs pain in my right leg- yesterday it was on the outer edge of my right foot and now my right knee is a tender when i put weight on it! Anyone know what might cause it- also found i had pain in my right toe last week but since that has gone the knee pain has started? I really do not want give up but what can you do? My fitness is so much better- feel great not that out of breath- just dull aches in both lower legs towards end of run. Anyone know any tips?
