Morning allšŸ˜

It was all going so well, I completed W3R3 on Friday, I was really pleased with myself, slight niggle in the top of my right foot which I thought little of other than to rethread my trainers to take the pressure off. The next day I couldnā€™t walk on my right foot so I followed the RICE method and it has improved massively over the last few days. Should I run today and move onto W4 or do repeat a W3 run, or rest for another day, I donā€™t want to loose momentum but I also donā€™t want to hurt my foot again and be unable to run even longeršŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøšŸ˜¢

Any advice would be really welcome....

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

It is rarely worth rushing back after an injury. Get fully recovered.

As stated in the guide you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.

It would be worth trying to find out what caused the problem in the first place.
