It was all going so well, I completed W3R3 on Friday, I was really pleased with myself, slight niggle in the top of my right foot which I thought little of other than to rethread my trainers to take the pressure off. The next day I couldnāt walk on my right foot so I followed the RICE method and it has improved massively over the last few days. Should I run today and move onto W4 or do repeat a W3 run, or rest for another day, I donāt want to loose momentum but I also donāt want to hurt my foot again and be unable to run even longerš¤·āāļøš¢
Any advice would be really welcome....
