Go me

W5 R3 complete. I never thought I would enjoy running outside or that I could run continuously for 20 minutes. Felt good today so only walked for 3 minutes then added another 10 minute run then cooled down. Go me 😁😁

Well done, it is a milestone.

Be careful about doing extra running.

Too much too soon is one of the commonest phrases used by physios when seeing injured new runners.........best to stick to the plan.

Before lockdown I was playing netball 3 times a week, but distance running has never been my fortay, that's why I'm doing this programme. I've always added extra on each run

It's a great milestone :-) do be cautious with running extra bits, we have all been caught out by it at some point and its really disappointing to have a setback and not be able to run. Trust the plan :-)
