Well today I ran week 9 run 3, this completed my couch to 5k programme. I decided to make the finale a Park Run. I wouldn’t say it was easy but I did it. 34 minutes 27 seconds at the 5K finish line. As a 54 year old female I was fairly happy with that.

I will continue this fantastic journey and aim to improve my time.

Thank you for all of the support and advice along the way. 🏃🏽‍♀️😁
