Week 8 Run 2

Felt ok for the first 5 minutes then a bit hard going until Jo said halfway - I found my rhythm then until the last incline which was a struggle (took ages to overtake someone else who was walking!) but I kept going. Actually ended up running for 30 minutes as lost connection with the app but it helps to see that the last week is achievable.

I tell anyone who will listen to get started on this program - it’s great to see the progress I have made and I love to see everyone else’s updates.
