Just completed this today and found I did struggle mainly with my breathing. I did take it slow but don’t know how I will ever be able to run longer than 90 seconds at the moment 🙈

Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
Just breathe naturally and deeply.
The plan will teach you techniques as you go to help you, try not to worry😊
We all have these doubts but the weeks pass and we persevere and improve. You can always slow down a bit. The plan conditions you and builds stamina, this allows you to run for longer and longer periods. Those bits that are really hard at the end of each running section are the bits that really prepare you for the next run. remember that when you are running andyou will be able to do it, focus on how amazing you will feel when you succeed
I felt the same when I was in Week 2 - I’m on Week 7 now and running (slow jogging) for 25 mins (still find it hard to believe myself).
The program is really good. Each time you move up, it’s scary but amazing when you actually do it. I did repeat each week as it made me feel more ready to move on.
Also the breathing mostly sorts itself out. I have slight asthma so do take a puff of ventolin before leaving home - but sometimes forget and it’s not made too much difference (other than mentally!)
Keep going and don’t go too fast. Well done.
Thank you everyone. I’m going to do my final run on W2 tomorrow and hopefully will be better than yesterday!
