Just done W2R3 and must have woken up with more energy today cuz I felt like I could keep running when the 90 secs were over so I did an extra 10-15 secs each run - was that the right thing to do or am I messing up the plan? Am I just over thinking it?
Considering I could barely run to the end of my drive just over two weeks ago I’m really loving how C-5K works!! 🏃🏻♀️

Of course you can do extra but whether it is wise is another question.
Training plans, such as C25k are carefully constructed to increase the demands along with your resistance to injury.
You are unlikely to do any major damage by doing a few extra seconds, but how would you feel if you did get injured while exceeding the requirements of the plan.
The plan works.
If you want to be the best runner that you can be, then do non impact cross training on your rest days.
