I had to take a 3 day break due to feeling sick and a multi-day long migraine. This morning, the headaches were still there but I went out for my W5 R1 run anyway. I was too afraid to loose my fitness, so hard earned. First 5 min left me breathless (uphill), but 2nd and 3rd were actually fun. I could feel my calves and I got to watch those.

Well done.
As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose next to condition in the first two weeks of non running.
