Just done the first week 4 run and was dreading it but managed to do it all, can't believe the change in distances. Looking forward to next one though, gets addictive this running lark!

Well done! I’m on the same run too, it’s great isn’t it. I was a bit dubious to begin with too but did it. Run two tomorrow. 💪🏻🏃♀️

Not too bad really, it was more the thought of running for 5 min but the key is to get your rhythm going and breathe. Remember we are not Usain Bolts and need to go at a steady pace 🏃♀️
