My weight and fitness levels massively fluctuate.

In the past I could comfortably run 5k but I’ve put weight on and massively lost my motivation.

However, I’ve downloaded the app and did my first run in months today. Boy how quickly you can loose fitness! 😂

Congratulations on restarting C25K, glad also that you intend to lose weight, just take all the runs slowly, good luck second time around.
