I just wanted to post to say I’ve just finished my first run, W1R1, and I feel amazing! I found myself smiling on the last two intervals as I felt so proud of myself especially as I’m not fit in the slightest. I can’t wait to carry on and see where this takes me!

Hey well done im just on Wk 2 , started run 2 this morning but had to abandon as trainers fell apart haha
