Week 4. Wow this is hard! On run 1, I managed 3 and a half minutes, then 4 minutes of my rather splendid 'shuffle' jog. Just completed run 2 - did 4 minutes, then 5 minutes straight without stopping! I am still being overtaken by the local Mallards out for a stroll but hey ho - I've got to start somewhere!

Well done you, I have just started W4 R1 and goodness me it was the first one I’ve had real difficulty with. I managed to run for 5 minutes but once I had completed first section of 5 mins I just could pick back up. So ended up with a brisk walk for the rest of the time - disappointed.

Very Well Done for getting this far. It is a big jump from Week 3 to Week 4. My first Wk4 run went all right, but I really struggled with the second one and my knees were aching a bit. I took two days of rest, no exercise at all, and my Wk4 run 3 this morning went fine. I think you do sometimes need a longer rest than one day between the runs. Good Luck!
Love the fact you feel you were slower than the mallards. I feel sure I am ! Just did run 2 on week 3. Managed it all be it super slowly. I never manage to get back to the start. Does anyone else fail to get back ?

Those mallards are very sporty! 😊
Be super slow it doesn't matter (I'm telling myself this too!) I also go round in a very small circuit so I always get back to the start 🤭
