Just completed my first ever 25 minute run, very slow but nailed it. Sped up the last minute and still had enough in the tank to have kept going. However decided to follow the programme fully and slowed to brisk walk. Now very confident I will complete in 3 weeks time. To help can anyone post on link on very basic warm up exercises, especially for calves and hamstring, appreciated.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER.
There are many YouTube videos that will help you with basic warm up exercises for running including calves and hamstring.

Well done!! That’s brilliant!! I also did it this morning- but found it tough going. Last 2 mins were uphill so deffo did not speed up😂 I did go on a bike ride yesterday then walked the dog- my legs were feeling heavy even before I started!! Going to have more of a rest tomorrow to see if it helps. Loving the programme though.
Well done you as well, the bike riding will probably help lots in the long term but yes a full rest day tomorrow sounds like the choice of champions
