Another one down, and i got to say this morning i smashed it. App went off again but because in armband couldnt do much about it heared jo tell me when to start my run and then she fell silent, but had back up of the health app on my phone and fitbit on my wrist. Mixed up my route again slightly and different from the last one too the going was good so i decided to keep going till i had enough last k was a tad slower, health app piped up with each k i reached, decided i wanted to finish with the hill i have ended with the last couple of times, question was with the different route could i make it there and to the top and back down again... Already went up and down a couple of little banks on the track. Kept telling myself to keep going, almost there... I did it πŸ˜€ and think it the best i have ever do e even from last year after completing the 9 weeks. Then home 10 mins rest and a workout with joe wicks. Now showered and enjoying nice cup of tea β˜•before i make some food to help me recover 🍜.

Well done you! I did my wk8 run1 this morning too. Mine was easier than I imagined it would be - I found week 7 really tough. Excellent with the hills - I have never run before so sticking to the flat!

I only did this last year then lost motivation and never attempted hills then, they are only little hills mind lol probably more like mole hills πŸ˜‚
