So I got half way through week 6 last week, it was tough going after weeks of feeling like I was totally bossing it and I dragged myself through run 2 and then some things happened. I got drunk 😱🤦♀️ so my run 3 on Saturday was off! Then my exhaustion levels rocketed. I got my period. I felt heavy, I felt like I hadn't been drinking nearly enough water. So I'm going back to run 1 today. Still feeling heavy and anxious and I'm dreading it. Man this running thing is a rollercoaster of emotion.

Doing the right thing though, do what you feel is right. Rehydrate and still going out! Amazing. Even if it’s just a fraction a run improved my general feelings in my body when I was in a similar spot 😉
