Week 4 run 2 completed this morning. Very windy on the seafront...luckily the wind was behind me on the way back. I seam to be managing the runs at the moment. The only thing I struggle with is a pain /ache in my calfs...is this normal?

I’m not sure but is this due to hydration? I’m not a fitness expert by any means, but Jo Whiley just said in my ear whilst running, that we get stitches due to being dehydrated, so maybe the calf pain/ache could be similar?
