Week 4 run 2 completed this morning. Very windy on the seafront...luckily the wind was behind me on the way back. I seam to be managing the runs at the moment. The only thing I struggle with is a pain /ache in my calfs...is this normal?

I’m not sure but is this due to hydration? I’m not a fitness expert by any means, but Jo Whiley just said in my ear whilst running, that we get stitches due to being dehydrated, so maybe the calf pain/ache could be similar?

Or not so good shoes. Or good shoes but longer strides. Or regular strides but higher impact. There is got to be something that puts extra pressure on that part of the body.
